Dolphin Therapy Patients

Image
High effectiveness of Dolphin Therapy has also been observed in patients with traumatic psychological experience who have suffered accidents and critical events, and in hostage children. However, the maximum effectiveness of dolphin therapy is observed in the treatment of functional diseases, metabolic disorders, psychosomatic disorders; makes this method eligible for rehabilitation actions. After interacting with the dolphins, humans notice a better mood and a sense of well-being, a greater capacity for work, eliminate the feeling of fatigue, apathy, and tension. Dolphin   therapy can help solve the following problems: - correction of the mental development of humans with neuropathy; - development of cognitive activity in humans with psycho-neurological abnormalities; - control of chronic pain; - reduction of events in neurotic and vegetative-vascular reactions; - relief of psychosomatic disorders; - decrease of events in involuntary movements, tics, and spa...

Dolphin behavior towards adults and children during dolphinswimm antalya

Image
We observed three groups of people  Dolphin swim Antalya : adults, children under 12 years old, and children with mental and physical disabilities (also under 12 years old). Children with disabilities are referred to as patients. These patients had various mental and physical disabilities, such as spasticity, panic syndrome, epilepsy, ADHD, Louis-Bar syndrome, and self-diagnosis. There were no special requirements necessary to participate in this therapy, except that patients had to have head control. Materials and procedure The group was monitored with two Sony cameras (CCD-107P), equipped with polarized lenses, with a resolution of 752 X 582 pixels. A wide-angle lens camera captured the entire pool area and was mounted above and to the side of the pool. The second camera recorded only a very busy area. This area was used to identify dolphins. Two VCRs (GV 690 S HiFi) was used to record the video transmissions synchronized by the fast time code on the tapes. This arrangement...

Dolphin Therapy

Image
Dolphin Therapy   idea was first formulated in the 1960s by John Lilly, who studied communication between dolphins and people and suggested that dolphins could help improve communication between people. In the 1970s, researchers began to analyze the interaction between dolphins and children with neurological impairment. The procedure was developed by David Natanson, a clinical psychologist who conducted most of the existing DAT studies. Natanson’s theory is that children with disabilities will pay more attention to appropriate environmental stimuli as a result of their desire to interact with dolphins (Nathanson, 1998). Nathanson recommends using DAT as adjunctive therapy with more traditional therapeutic procedures (Nathanson, 1998). However, most empirical studies of the effectiveness of DAT in the last decade have been conducted mainly by those who work with dolphin-oriented programs. (Humphries, 2003) Who can benefit: Studies and individual cases show t...

How Does Medine Matthes Dolphin work

Image
Medine Dolphin Therapy is an animal therapy that has been applied for over 20 years. The focus of this treatment is the therapeutic interaction with dolphins, which, in general terms, has a stimulating, harmonizing, and stabilizing effect on the human body. Since ancient times, dolphins have fascinated humans who viewed them as friends or worshiped them as gods. However, dolphins have not become a science topic until recent history. It started with John C. Lilly, a dolphin researcher, and neuroscientist who made the first discoveries about the psychological effects of dolphins on humans in the 1950s. He found that interactions with dolphins increase the sensitivity, perception, and self-awareness of the people involved. More recent studies reveal that dolphins help to recognize and reduce anxieties, promote social and speech development. According to Ryan de Mares, dolphins initiate psychological processes, especially on the emotional plane: Connecting with another being and fin...

Dolphin Therapy Turkey

Image
Dolphin therapy Turkey is a method that involves controlled and dosed interaction between people with special needs and dolphins to obtain a health effect. Dolphin therapy is a new field of modern medicine that began in the late 1970. By studying dolphins, American scientists discovered that interacting with dolphins had a beneficial effect on the mental and physical health of humans. Later, scientific data was obtained confirming that swimming with dolphins helps in the treatment of different diseases. The curative effect of dolphins is explained by different influencing factors directly associated with the nature of dolphins, with the psychological benefit of human and animal interaction as a main component. When observing dolphins, a human feels that the so-called "movement expression" has a kinesthetic effect, producing a neuromuscular response to external agents that involves an attempt to repeat the full image of a muscular movement. The dolphin echolocation ...
